SPF is short for Sun Protection Factor and is found in many cosmetic products. Whether the sun is out or not, UV rays still hit our skin and can cause short/ long-term damage. In all honesty I didn’t realise how influential SPF is, especially its importance from a young age, in order to protect our skin and reduce the damage it receives. I did some deep research into SPF and UV damage and summarised it into this blog post for you all.
I previously reviewed the GREAT Slendertoxtea Day and Night Detox Teas (click here to read the review) so was really excited to review their new Superfoods range. These 100% Organic, Vegan and Gluten Free superfoods are a great addition to any diet to promote a healthier lifestyle. I opted for the Chia Seeds, Wheatgrass Powder and Acai Berry Powder. It is safe to say I LOVED trying these and will definitely be purchasing the others in the Superfood range.

Then this juice recipe is definitely for you! Tastes amazing and combines all the good nutrients that we all need.
2 Cups of Spinach Leaves
3 Medium Carrots (Peeled & Sliced)
2 Medium Apples (Peeled & Diced)
1/4 Grapefruit (Scoop Out the Grapefruit and Discard of the Skin)
500 ml of any preferred fruit juice or water (depending on taste) – I find tropical fruit juice works best!
Literally pop in a blender and blend! Yes it’s that easy and if you have a juicer even better!
It may look un-appealing but once you taste it you’ll realise how good it tastes! Please give it a try and let me know of any tweaks that work for you!
